For persons accessing the Roche network from the internet, strong authentication is required. Strong authentication is a multifactor authentication that combines what you know (password of your Roche account) with what you have (your Roche ID Grid Card).

For security reasons, you must change your Roche Password the first time you access RANGE. Later on you can change your password at any time by accessing the Password Change Utility in the RANGE application menu. If you have forgotten your password, please contact your local servicedesk.
